Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. Organic cotton is grown without the utilization of toxic and protracted pesticides and artificial fertilizers. In addition, it also prohibits the use of genetically engineered seed for organic farming.
Out of 20+ countries, India is a major producer contributing about 51% of total production. Many organic farms are GOTS certified which are the worldwide standard for quality of cotton garments.
Organic cotton fibre is employed in everything from care items to home furnishings, children’s products, clothes of all types and designs, and even stationery and note cards.

The quality of organically grown cotton is adequate to or better than conventionally grown cotton. Because it is less processed and not treated with harsh chemicals (like chlorine bleach and formaldehyde) that can wear down fibres, organic cotton is often more durable than conventional cotton.
Organic cotton is freed from allergens and nasty chemicals contained in chemically grown and processed products. It does not cause any allergy or irritation when it comes into contact with sensitive skin (like baby skin).
